Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that is effective in promoting deep relaxation and well-being. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that all systems and organs of the body are mirrored in the feet.
Chinese culture states that there is a vital energy that flows through each person. For thousands of years the use of pressure to the feet has been practiced to send energy flowing through the body until it reaches the areas in need of rejuvenation. The client rests comfortably on the massage table with their lower legs elevated. Jeanne works the entirety of both feet, applying different levels of pressure, with special attention to areas of the feet that correlate to specific bodily concerns of the client.

A SoulBody massage begins with verbalization of the areas of your life that are calling for attention and focus. Some people bring a deep desire to resolve fears or chaotic thought patterns and beliefs. Others look to change jobs, resolve co-dependent relationships, or align to courage to make the changes. Whatever shows up is perfect.
The verbalization brings new perspectives and awareness to the areas of your life that may not have been seen, heard, felt or acknowledged before. The session is all about you.
During the session, Jeanne is an active listener and witness to your verbal exploration. As a non-bias witness her capacity to identify points of disconnect or separation is easy because there is no attachment. The points of distortion are areas that you may not be able to see considering you are in the midst of the circumstances. She will reflect back to you questions or invite a different perspective. This is simply information for you to discern for yourself if it resonates with you or not. You are always the bottom line, you know yourself better than anyone else.
As we work together you will come to an organic point where you feel complete in your verbalization. At that point you will prepare to receive a massage. Here the combination of energy work and massage will help dissolve, align and integrate into your body, the wisdom and information that was verbally uncovered in the earlier session.
