Jeanne Lecher is a massage therapist who has been part of the team at Caring Hands since 2019. Her passion is to empower people to optimal health and well-being in the balancing of their body, mind and heart. She treats each person from the lens of wholeness.
Jeanne has a vast history that includes: nursing, massage therapy, reflexology, many energy healing modalities, a modality called whole soul presence, quantum healing, death doula, sound healing and her own SoulBody modality. We will leave it here as the list could go on.
She is the creator and owner of The SoulBody Network since 2012 which has grown through word of mouth over the years. Jeanne offers zoom events, live classes and events, as well as retreats to places like Mount Shasta, Maui, Arkansas and more.

A SoulBody massage begins by you talking about the areas of your life that are calling for attention and focus. Some people might bring the desire for a new job, a new relationship, maybe a change in behaviors or patterns. Some wish to resolve fears or chaotic thought patterns. Whatever shows up is perfect.
The experience brings new perspectives and awareness to the areas of your life that may not have been seen, heard, felt or acknowledged before. The session is all about you and your system directs the process.
During the session, Jeanne is as an active listener and witness to your verbal exploration. As a non-bias witness her capacity to identify points of disconnect or separation is easy because there is no attachment. Points that you may not be able to see considering you are in the midst of the circumstances. She may reflect back to you questions or invite a different perspective. This is simply information for you to decide for yourself if it resonates with you or not.
There will come an organic point in your verbalization where you feel complete. At that point we will move into the massage room where you will receive a massage. Here the combination of physical massage and energy work will help dissolve, clear, align and integrate into your body, the wisdom and information that was verbally uncovered.

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that is effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that all systems and organs of the body are mirrored in the feet.
Chinese culture asserts that there is a vital energy that flows through each person. For thousands of years the use of pressure to the feet has been practiced to send energy flowing through the body until it reaches the areas in need of healing. This process releases blockages in the flow of vital energy and brings one into balance once again.
At Caring Hands, the client rests comfortably on the massage table with their lower legs elevated. The practitioner applies different levels of pressure to both feet, with special attention to areas of the feet that correlate to specific bodily concerns of the client.
