Based on the principle that the pure sound vibrations of crystal bowls can restore our physical and energetic bodies back to harmony, health and balance, sound is a meditative experience and healing practice where you are “bathed” in highly resonant, immersive sound waves to balance your physical, emotional and mental systems. Healing sound can deeply relax the body and mind as it releases negative energy and stress, bringing you to a higher vibrational state of being.

We invite you every other Friday to experience the healing sound of the crystal bowls and other sound instruments, facilitated by Gina Citoli. Be gently guided into a deep meditative state while you are enveloped in ambient sound that brings powerful therapeutic and restorative nurturing for both your mind and body.
