Sound is a meditative experience and healing practice where you are immersive in resonant sound waves to balance your physical, emotional and mental systems.  Healing sound can deeply relax the body and mind as it releases negative energy and stress, bringing you to a higher vibrational state of being.  The pure sound vibrations of crystal bowls can restore our physical and energetic bodies back into harmony, health and balance.

We invite you every other Friday to experience the healing sound of the crystal bowls and other sound instruments during a group healing sound experience, facilitated by Jeanne Lecher and Lory Forstner. Be gently guided into a deep meditative state with the crystal sound that nurtures and restores for both your mind and body.

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm  Please arrive early to save yourself a spot and the main doors will be locked at 6:30pm.
